Frequent consultations and detailed plans are sent precisely so that we have the flexibility to keep track of needs and changes as they arise. There is therefore of course scope for minor changes during the planning process. However, if the changes involve several plans or require major modifications, the cost implications of these will be determined on an individual basis.
It's important for us to deliver the most accurate plans possible to support the work of professionals. However, it is worth pointing out that in all cases, prior consultation with the relevant section is necessary, as the auxiliary drawings are not a substitute for the sectional plans! The expertise of the professionals concerned and their own scaling are essential for their preparation. However, our plans are an excellent starting point and consultation is possible if questions arise. In the case of a full design, our prices include the trades consultation to ensure a smooth implementation.
